I have requested many times to look at the apartment unit before the move in date, but they have always deny saying they that the unit needs to be cleaned. There was some dead bugs and active ones crawling around.

It ended in January 2022 and I kept calling and emailing them regarding it with no response. I fricken hate this place and can't wait to leave!!! And I got a carpet cleaner because I have a cleaning business and tested it out on the carpets and they carpets were BLACK! I had seen them clean the apartment next to me when the people moved out. I have also found bed bugs in the apartment on my curtains near the window. I have mattress protectors on all of our beds but in the lease there's a whole section regarding bed bugs.

The office staff is incredibly lazy & have no idea what they’re doing. The grounds are neatly groomed several times a day. When it comes to Work Order Repairs, the team is quickly to respond with a warm smile and professional mannerism. Living here put me in the heart of many Great Attractions and easy access to many freeways. I enjoy the location, as it is close to everything. The Kroger across the street is very convenient. There are a lot of trees which makes this place feel more secluded, especially if you get an apartment that has a balcony that over looks a wooded area.

Verandahs at Cliffside is within 11 minutes or 5.1 miles from UT Arlington. Coll., North East and Dallas Baptist University. Nestled just north of I-30, North Arlington is an idyllic neighborhood with a distinct suburban atmosphere. Many properties are now offering LIVE tours via FaceTime and other streaming apps.
They cut my wall open and left black mold exposed for 3 days. When they came and finally fixed the walls they used the same material that they had cut away. We requested they put us in a hotel for the time being until they could fix the wall but they said they wouldn’t be able to do that since they responded to our request.
Find the place where you’ll thrive at The Venue. Great location, well designed floor plans and complex layout, good scenery, overall nice amenities, and I'm sure the updated units look great. Poor maintenance staff and high management turnover. The front gate doesn’t work & they won’t tell you this before you sign the lease. The fitness center is never locked, homeless people walk into the complex and leave trash around. You won’t receive most of your packages here they’ll either be lost from the office misplacing them or stolen.
The day we moved in there were no hot water for 2¹/2 weeks & no remedy to satisfy the inconvenience as tenants. They would be expecting full rent for partial service, but if not eviction notice would be filed. We work with all the same apartments as every other Apartment web site that you can be looking at. The DIFFERENCE is, we’re local & located in Austin TX. We know the complete Austin area well. We’re totally FREE for you, we have the best online database that will include, Photos, Floor Plans, Prices and more! Ratings give an overview of a school's test results.
Detached Garage Parking is $75 per month. Please call us for complete Parking information. Verandahs is located in the heart of Arlington and surrounded by some of the cities greatest attractions. Needs to review the security of your connection before proceeding.
